As a member of the Board Directors, Sandy Kristiansson initiated with Black Diamond partners, a thorough revamping of all Fort Adams’ marketing activity covering: marketing planning, brand identity, tag line development – “It’s at the Fort!,” advertising creation & media plan negotiation, as well as award winning POS materials. Results, beyond the awards, were record tour sales, as well as a 400% increase in private event bookings.
